MEET THE SPICE MISTRESS
Glynnis Osher is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, aromatherapist, author, and educator known for her sensory approach to healing through spice, scent, and ritual. For over twenty years she has guided students in reconnecting with the intelligence of nature through the Ayurvedic kitchen, the aromapothecary, and the body.
