I have embarked an annual
Ayurveda Spring and Fall Cleanse.
In Ayurveda this is a strategy of a healthy longevity and prevention of disease.

We can definitely find harmony and renewal. After every cleanse, I notice the results—clear, glowing skin, lustrous hair, good digestion, a healthy weight, a peaceful mind, and most of all, stronger habits for lasting well-being.
Each time I commit to my Ayurvedic Spring (and Fall) cleanse, I feel a sense of choice rather than being controlled by compulsive habits around food. It’s freeing. Over time, this practice gently restores balance and clarity to my life.
The Ayurvedic practices—gentle yoga, oiling the body inside and out, meditation, breathwork, deep sleep rhythms, herbs, and self-care rituals—create shifts beyond digestion. As we devote ourselves to these routines, we feel the transformation happening.
Sustainable habits—just 1% daily—lead to lasting change. Extreme detoxes, crash diets, and fasting binges can do more harm than good, keeping us trapped in a "diet mentality" rather than a harmonious, nourishing way of life.
This cleanse is about harmony, rebirth, and beauty. Letting go of stress, heaviness, inertia, and ‘ugly’ thinking.
We are averting our gaze to beauty—and in doing so, we invite beauty in.
